The Romanian Government, through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, offers fully funded scholarships every year to students from non-EU countries to study in accredited universities in Romania.
This is an excellent opportunity to study in Europe with full financial support.

You can choose programs in almost all academic fields, except:

For Bachelor’s & Master’s:
📌 Studies are taught in Romanian
📌 A free Romanian language preparatory year is provided
For PhD:
📌 Studies can be in Romanian or English (depending on the doctoral school)
